Privacy Policy
Effective from 19/08/2026
Clause 1: Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how La Rosa Bianca srl (hereinafter "La Rosa Bianca", "we" or "us"), company number 0797.891.019, VAT number BE0797891019, registered at La Rosa Bianca c/o Topos, Avenue Louise 367, 1050 Brussels, Belgium, collects, uses and protects personal data of visitors to larosabiancabride.be and of clients who book an appointment, request information or place an order with us.
We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at [email protected] or +32 477 17 39 96 for any question about your data.
Clause 2: What data we collect
We collect personal data in the following situations:
- When you book an appointment: name, email address, phone number and any message you add, through our booking calendar (Cal.com) or our contact form.
- When you contact us: by email, through the contact form, or via WhatsApp — in this case WhatsApp/Meta also processes your phone number and message according to their own privacy policy.
- When you place an order: the information described in our Terms and Conditions of sale, such as billing and delivery details.
- When you browse the site, after you accept cookies: technical data about your visit (pages viewed, device, approximate location, how you found the site) collected through the tools listed in Clause 4.
Clause 3: Why we use your data
We use your personal data to:
- organise and confirm your appointment, and answer your questions — based on the steps you take before entering into a contract with us, or on the performance of that contract;
- process and deliver your order, as described in our Terms and Conditions of sale — based on the performance of the contract;
- understand how visitors use the site and improve it, and show relevant advertising — only with your consent, given through the cookie banner described in Clause 4.
Clause 4: Cookies and tracking tools
When you first visit the site, a banner asks whether you accept cookies used for measurement and advertising. Strictly necessary cookies (such as remembering your choice) are always active. The tools below only start after you click "Accept" — if you click "Only essential", none of them run.
- Google Analytics 4 — measures visits and how people use the site. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Meta Pixel — measures the result of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, including when a visit turns into a booked appointment. See Meta's Privacy Policy.
- Microsoft Clarity — records anonymised heatmaps and session recordings to help us understand and improve the site. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site, which will show the banner again on your next visit.
Clause 5: Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the site and the atelier, each acting within their own privacy policy:
- Cal.com (booking calendar) and Google Calendar (appointment sync), to organise appointments;
- Google, Meta and Microsoft, for the measurement and advertising tools described in Clause 4, once you have given consent;
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site and protects it from abuse;
- public authorities, where required by Belgian or European law.
Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. When that is the case, they rely on legal safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.
Clause 6: How long we keep your data
We keep appointment and order data for as long as needed to provide our service and to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations (in Belgium, generally up to 7 years for invoicing records). Analytics and advertising data is kept according to each provider's own retention period, typically between 14 and 26 months.
Clause 7: Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to erase your data, where the law allows it;
- ask us to restrict or object to certain uses of your data;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, for anything based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.
Clause 8: Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Clause 9: Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we add a new tool to the site. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
